Providence Equestrian Center Policies
PLEASE REVIEW THESE POLICIES CAREFULLY
Tuition, Registration, Late Fees & Discounts
Tuition is based on a 9 week session and is due no later than June 13, 2011. A La Carte lesson and lease ride tuition is due at the time of service. Lease payments are for 8 of the 9 week summer session and are due at the beginning of the session on June 13th. An automatic $25 late fee will be applied if payments are received late. To avoid late fees and ensure timely payments, credit card information may be provided and tuition and lease payments will be automatically debited. There is a $15 discount applied to all sibling and second session purchases.
Withdrawal
IN ORDER TO NOTIFY THE BARN OF WITHDRAWAL AND CEASE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES, A FOUR WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE SUBMITTED. ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED AT THE TIME OF WITHDRAWAL.
Make-Up Lessons
Students are encouraged to attend all classes. If you are not able to attend, please notify the barn 48 hours in advance unless you are unable due to illness or family emergency. Arrangements for missed classes must be made directly with the instructor. There are no make-ups offered for lessons in which the barn was not notified of an absence. There are no make-ups for rescheduled classes that are missed. All classes paid for in the summer session need to be attended in the summer by August 20, 2011. There are 2 make ups allowed during the 9 week summer session. To arrange make ups, please contact instructors at their extensions- #2 for Jen, #3 for Tanya.
Horse Assignments
These are based on rider suitability as well as lesson plans and
are up to the sole discretion of the instructor. However, make sure and let your
instructor know which of our school horses are your favorites! Remember. It benefits
every rider's education to ride many different horses!
